is looking for an experienced on site food truck operator/partner.

Doug Fir will be open approximately 18 nights a month, 4p–12:30am.

Venue capacity will be 365+. The projected opening date is late 2026 or early 2027

Doug Fir will provide:

• Electricity
• Garbage and Water Service 
  
• Walk in cooler and pantry space
• Direct to sewer grey water disposal through grease trap

We are looking for items with approachable pricing and fast service. Food vendor will not serve alcohol.
